Eternal Hope Healthcare is a locally owned hospice and palliative care company founded by The Grogan Family. The Grogan’s combined their years of Business, Nursing, Pharmaceutical, and Homecare experience to bring their vision of serving our community to life.

The staff of Eternal Hope Healthcare are certified in Hospice and Palliative Care. Our staff provides a unique model of care focused on each individual as a person, not simply as a patient. We focus on the physical, emotional, and spiritual needs of the patient and family that are experiencing a serious life-limiting illness. Our team of clinicians, social service professionals, and pastoral care clergy are available to help patients and families cope with chronic illnesses and bring hope and comfort in a time of chaos and distress.
